Child Safety Standards
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Front-Load ("we", "us", or "our") operates a mobile and web dating application (the "Service") intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes the standards, practices, and contact information we maintain to keep minors safe and to comply with applicable child safety laws, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Age Restrictions
- Front-Load is not directed to, nor intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age.
- Our terms of service require users to confirm they are at least 18 before creating an account.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
- If we become aware that a user is under 18, we remove the account and delete associated data.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
We strictly prohibit the following on the Service, and any violation results in immediate account removal:
- Any content depicting, describing, or promoting the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors (CSAM).
- Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, or any attempt to contact a minor for exploitation.
- Grooming behavior, sexualization of children, or sharing of material that sexualizes minors.
- Use of the app by a registered sex offender, or anyone required to register as such.
- Any content that facilitates, encourages, or depicts trafficking or exploitation of any person.
These rules apply to all user-generated content including profiles, photos, bios, disclosures, and direct messages. We enforce them through user reports, automated detection where feasible, and proactive review.
3. In-App Reporting
Every member can report another profile directly from the profile card using the in-app report button. Reports related to child safety or exploitation are prioritized above all other reports. When a report involves potential CSAE or CSAM, we take immediate action to remove the offending account and content, preserve evidence, and escalate as required.
4. Response and Escalation
- We review child safety reports as a priority and act on credible reports promptly.
- We preserve relevant data and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
- We do not notify the reported user of the specifics of a child safety report while it is under review, to protect the integrity of the investigation and the potential victim.
5. Reporting to Authorities
Front-Load complies with all relevant child safety laws and reports to regional and national authorities as required. Where applicable, we report suspected child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in the United States, and equivalent reporting authorities in other jurisdictions.
6. Account Termination and Banning
Accounts found to have produced, distributed, solicited, or facilitated CSAM or CSAE are permanently banned from the Service. We retain the right to block devices, identifiers, and payment methods associated with such accounts, and to share information with law enforcement.
7. Designated Point of Contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety matters is prepared to speak about our app's child sexual abuse material (CSAM) prevention practices and compliance with child safety laws.
