Front-Load · Account Deletion Request

Deleting your Front-Load account is permanent. This will remove your profile, photos, messages, and matches. It cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

You have two ways to delete your Front-Load account and its data:

  1. From inside the app (fastest): Sign in to Front-Load, open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete account". Your profile, photos, messages, likes, and matches are removed immediately.
  2. Using the form below (no login required): If you can no longer sign in, submit the form below with the email address tied to your account. Our team will process your request and confirm by email. Requests are typically completed within 30 days.

What data is deleted vs. kept

Deleted

  • Your profile (name, bio, age, photos, disclosures)
  • Likes you sent and received
  • Matches
  • Messages you sent and received
  • Reports you submitted

Kept (as required)

  • Basic account record (email) for up to 30 days to process the request and prevent abuse
  • Records of fraud, safety, or legal holds if required by law
  • Payment records held by Stripe per financial regulations

After the 30-day processing window, your remaining account record is permanently removed from our active systems, except where the law requires us to retain specific records.
